Where: Mississippi R. pool 7 behind house

Caught: 2 small bluegills

It was a quick little outing behind the house again. I keep expecting to catch some bluegills but it has not yet happened. Usually from ice out to around mid-April the little bay next to the boat landing is loaded with gills. Not this year! I did catch a couple little ones and had some bites, but it is definetly not a normal year for that spot.
