It was a Sunday and I had not been out fishing all day mainly on account of being so tired from the previous night of cat fishing. Well, just before dark I decided to go out with the small boat, just a little ways out on the lake for the last half hour of daylight.
I took one rod with one plastic frog tied on and that was it. In that short time I probably made 100 casts and caught the one small pike. That was it; I never even had another bite!
