I hit a lot of spots this morning on the East side. I pretty much fished for anything and everything and I caught nothing. I started out on the walleye humps out by Leech Beach then I moved to Pete’s Bar and then down to Moonshine Lake and Pokegama Lake. Then on the way home I hit some cribs. By the way the cribs are very easy to find with the new side finder I have. I did see a musky porpoise twice out on Pete’s Bar, which was very cool.
In the evening Dwayne, Brandon and myself went back to walleye point. We did not catch a lot, but Brandon did catch about a sixteen inch walleye and Dwayne caught a fifteen inch small mouth bass. I ended up catching one fourteen inch smallmouth and a seven inch rock bass on a crank bait.
Observations
We had storms chasing us off the water for the third night in a row.
