Comments

I started out the morning on the West side looking for bass and pike. I found a few of each, but it was very slow. Most of the action came on the NE corner of the west side. That evening I fished Musky Bay for what else muskies. Musky Bay is very close to the resort and that is probably the reason I have never fished there. Supposedly lots of muskies have been caught there. I did not have any musky action here either.

Observations

The rain has caused the water to rise significantly. When we first got here on Saturday we had some exposed sand on the beaches where we set up to water play for the day. Now today very little sand was exposed. I also noticed there is a little bit more debris floating in the water, of course it is nothing compared to what it would be like on the Mississippi after having that much rain.
