Water conditions : The steam was not very clear; the clarity almost resembled the water in a very dirty aquarium. You could see from the flattened grasses along the stream’s edge that the creek had turned violent if only for a very brief time.

Fish caught

1. No fish were caught, although I did lose three trout. Once hooked these fish were amazing. They acted as if they had been stimulated by some sort of electrical current, rolling and shaking uncontrollably.

1. Bostwich Creek, Barre Mills.

I was totally amazed and blown away at the lack of mosquitoes. Living along the Mississippi I figured if we had mosquitoes, so did everyplace else that had water in close proximity.
