I had to get the go devil out of the water for the up our up-coming vacation to Hayward, so I thought I would also try a little bass fishing at the same time. In one word, bass fishing sucked. I caught one little one on a swim jig, otherwise the only other action I had was missing one blow up. I fished the weed edges on the lake near where Somners dumps in and I also fished the slop heading towards Coles’ Corner.

Observations:

The largemouth bass have me very frustrated.
